It says “You're offline — showing the last known data”
The app could not reach our server, so it is showing the last list you loaded. Check your connection, then pull down on the list or tap Retry. Pharmacies on the “All Pharmacies” tab are shown as saved. For the “On Duty” tab, a saved list is only shown during the same duty day it was loaded; duty days hand over at 08:00 Turkey time.
It says it couldn't get current duty data
When we cannot confirm that the on-duty list is current, we hide it rather than risk sending you to a closed pharmacy. The “All Pharmacies” tab still shows addresses and phone numbers for your area. This usually resolves itself after the next scheduled update.
Why does it need my location?
To find the on-duty pharmacies nearest to you and show driving distance and time. The app asks only while you are using it, and your location is not stored. If you decline, you can pick your city and district by hand; distances are not shown in that case. You can change the permission at any time in your phone's Settings.
How current is the data?
The on-duty list is updated on our server twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, Turkey time. Settings → Data Status shows when it was last updated. If a pharmacy's details look wrong, please call it before going, and let us know.
Is it free?
Yes. There are no ads and no subscription. There is an optional donation in Settings.

Donations are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

“Çevrimdışısın — son bilinen veriler gösteriliyor” diyor
Uygulama sunucumuza ulaşamadı, bu yüzden en son yüklediğin listeyi gösteriyor. Bağlantını kontrol et, sonra listeyi aşağı çek ya da Tekrar Dene'ye dokun. “Tüm Eczaneler” sekmesindeki eczaneler kaydedildiği gibi gösterilir. “Nöbetçi” sekmesinde ise kayıtlı liste yalnızca yüklendiği nöbet günü içinde gösterilir; nöbet günü Türkiye saatiyle 08:00'de devredilir.
“Güncel nöbetçi verisi alınamadı” diyor
Nöbetçi listesinin güncel olduğundan emin olamadığımızda, seni kapalı bir eczaneye göndermemek için listeyi gizleriz. “Tüm Eczaneler” sekmesinde bölgendeki eczanelerin adres ve telefonları görünmeye devam eder. Genellikle bir sonraki planlı güncellemeden sonra kendiliğinden düzelir.
Konumuma neden ihtiyaç var?
Sana en yakın nöbetçi eczaneleri bulmak ve yol mesafesi ile süresini göstermek için. Uygulama konumu yalnızca kullanırken ister ve konumun saklanmaz. İzin vermezsen il ve ilçeni elle seçebilirsin; bu durumda mesafe gösterilmez. İzni istediğin zaman telefonunun Ayarlar'ından değiştirebilirsin.
Veri ne kadar güncel?
Nöbetçi listesi sunucumuzda günde iki kez, Türkiye saatiyle sabah ve akşam güncellenir. Son güncelleme zamanını Ayarlar → Veri Durumu'nda görebilirsin. Bir eczanenin bilgisi yanlış görünüyorsa gitmeden önce ara ve bize haber ver.
Ücretli mi?
Hayır. Reklam ve abonelik yok. Ayarlar'da isteğe bağlı bir bağış seçeneği var.
